What is a Load?
The term "load" refers to the funds moved to your card.
What is the minimum amount I can load to my card?
The minimum load amount for all cards is $10.00. (This amount may vary by program.)
What is the maximum amount I can load to my card?
The maximum amount of money allowed on your card any time is $2,500.00. An employer initiated payroll deposit to the card in a greater amount may also be loaded.
Can I have my paycheck directly deposited to my card?
Yes, as long as your employer offers direct deposit, you will be able to have your paycheck loaded to your card. You will need to fill out the Direct Deposit Form that comes with your card, enter your personalized Direct Load Number, and give the form to your employer.
What is a Direct Deposit Account Number?
The Direct Deposit Account Number is provided with all of our cards. This Direct Deposit Account Number will offer our cardholders the ability to have their paychecks loaded directly to an account that is accessed by their card. This Direct Deposit Account Number replaces the need for an ABA and Routing Number, which are used to perform direct deposits.
