You may withdraw cash at any ATM, but if you use an ATM outside of your network, the out-of-network ATM may charge you a fee.
If you want to avoid ATMs, you may get cash back at point of sale at some retail outlets. Many places like pharmacies, groceries, and convenience stores offer cash back. This means that when you use your Axcess America Card for a PIN-debit transaction, you can withdraw additional funds from your account at the same time without paying a surcharge! Just ask the cashier before you begin to determine if the store offers this option.
