Loading Your Axcess America® Card

At Axcess America, we understand the importance of availability, accessibility, and convenience when it comes to carrying an Axcess America® Prepaid MasterCard®. To make it easy for our cardholders to obtain and continue to use the card, we provide many ways to load additional money to the card. Choose the loading option that is right for you.

Need a Form?

If you need a Direct Deposit Form, please call Customer Service at 1-866-351-9616 to request one.

If you need an ACH Form, which will allow you to transfer funds from your bank account to your Axcess America Card, you may either call Customer Service at 1-866-351-9616 or follow the simple steps below.

  1. Open a PDF version of the ACH Form here.*

    *Please note that you must have Adobe Reader in order to access and print this form. You may download it for free here.

  2. Once the ACH Form is open, go to File > Print on your menu bar and print the document.

  3. Complete the form and fax it to 1-866-311-6419 or mail it to the address below:
