About Our Procedures for Opening a New Account
In order to help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each individual applying for an account.

What This Means to You
When you apply for an Axcess America® Prepaid MasterCard®, you will be asked to provide personal information including your name, address, date of birth, SSN, and other information which will allow Axcess America to identify you. We will then verify this information prior to opening your account. Please note that we DO NOT perform a credit check!

Our Commitment to Privacy
Your privacy is very important to Axcess America. In order to better protect your privacy, we provide this notice explaining our business practices concerning your information. To make this policy easier to read, we use the term "Axcess America's Website" to include www.AxcessAmerica.com and www.AAcardinfo.com and all variations of these domains that Axcess America operates. This policy does not apply to businesses that may be accessed through links from Axcess America's Websites, such as companies that may advertise on Axcess America's Website. This policy applies to your personal information that may be collected by, or submitted to, Axcess America through its Website, telephone conversation, or mail.

To make this notice easy to find, we make it available from our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.

Because your privacy is important to us, we will require that our business partners honor this privacy policy when they interact with you.


The Information We Collect
This notice applies to all information collected, viewed, or submitted to Axcess America or on the Axcess America Website. On some pages, you can order products and services, make requests, and register to receive materials.

On some pages on this site, you can submit or view information about other people. For example, if you give an Axcess America Card to your child at college, you will need to provide their address and personal information for us, so we can send a card to them. In either of these circumstances, the types of information that will be collected will include:

Axcess America will not collect any personal information when you visit Axcess America's Website unless you choose to provide that information to us. Should you visit Axcess America's Website and only browse the site, read pages, or download publicly available information, Axcess America will gather and store certain information about your visit automatically. This information does not identify you personally. Axcess America collects and stores indefinitely your Internet Protocol ("IP") address, as well as information about the date and time of your visit, whether a file you have requested exists, and how much information was transmitted to you over the Internet from Axcess America's Website. The IP address that we store is a series of numbers that identifies each computer and machine connected to the Internet and does not identify you personally. How We Use Information
Only Axcess America's Employees and Partner's Employees that have been properly trained and are closely supervised will have access to your personal information. They will only have access to your information for the purpose of providing you with the products and services that you have requested from Axcess America and only to that portion of your personal information they need to know in order to provide such services.

At Axcess America, we collect information from you and your Membership so we can do the following:

(i.) Know who you are and prevent other people from accessing your information or funds.
(ii.) Improve the products that we offer and design new services.
(iii.) Obey the laws, rules, and regulations that govern Axcess America and the financial services industry.
(iv.) Offer you services and benefits that meet your special needs.

Axcess America Does Not Give Out Your Information
We do not sell, give away, or in any way share any of your information collected through our Website with any third party. The information that you voluntarily submit will be disclosed only to Axcess America employees or officials with a "need to know" for purposes of fulfilling their job responsibilities. Axcess America requires its employees or officials who have access to consumer information to protect it and keep it confidential. Circumstances may arise in which Axcess America may be required to disclose your consumer information to a third party, such as, with a corporate divestiture or dissolution where we sell all or a portion of our business or assets (including our associated customer lists which may contain consumer information), or if the disclosure is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings.

How Axcess America Uses Your Computer Address
Axcess America may use your IP address to assess the how often the computer you use visits the Axcess America Website and how popular our various pages, services, and functions may or may not be. Axcess America will not attempt to match any personally identifiable information that you provide to us with your IP address.

Axcess America may use a "cookie" to tailor the contents of its Website to your interests. Cookies are files that can be placed on your computer when you visit a Website. This cookie file allows the Website to recognize you as you navigate through various portions of the site and when you come back to revisit the site. A Website can use cookies to remember your preferences, and to record your browsing behavior on the Web. You can prevent a Website from placing a cookie on your computer by using your Web browser's preference menu. If you disable cookies in this menu it may limit your ability to use, view, or interact with Axcess America's Website.


Our Commitment to Data Security and Confidentiality
At least 30 days before making changes to this policy Axcess America will post changes to this policy here, on our Website. Any information that we have collected under the current policy will remain subject to the terms of this policy. After any posted changes take effect, all new information we collect, if any, will be subject to the new policy.


Our Commitment to Children's Privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is incredibly important to Axcess America. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our Website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our Website is structured to attract anyone under 13.


How to Access or Correct Your Information
You can access all of your personally identifiable information that we collect and maintain (a) by viewing your account profile on http://www.aacardinfo.com/ (you will need your username and password, or card number and passcode), or (b) by requesting this information by calling the customer service number listed in your Cardholder Agreement and Disclosure. When Customer Service has been able to properly identify you, you will be sent a copy of all of your information to the mailing address of record for your account. We use this procedure to better protect your information.

You can correct factual errors in your personally identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows the error.

To safeguard your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access to or making corrections to your personal information.
