There are many different styles and types of ATMs. Even so, most operate in the same basic manner. Keep in mind that you should try to Find ATMs within your network. If you use your Axcess America® Prepaid MasterCard® at an ATM that is outside of your networks, you may be charged a fee by the ATM.
Not all cardholders have access to the surcharge-free ATMs in the Allpoint Network. Please refer to your Cardholder Agreement to confirm.
To withdraw cash at an ATM:
Step 1:
Insert your card and select a language.
Step 2:
Enter your 4-digit PIN number .
Step 3:
Follow the step-by-step instructions as they appear on the screen. When choosing an account type, choose 'Checking'.
Step 4:
Choose the amount you wish to withdraw.
Note:
Some ATMs will only dispense cash in $10 or $20 increments. You cannot get coins from an ATM.
Step 5:
Take your receipt, the dispensed cash, and remove your card. The withdrawn amount will automatically be deducted from your card account balance.
To check your card balance at an ATM:
Step 1:
Insert your card and select a language.
Step 2:
Enter your 4-digit PIN number .
Step 3:
Follow the step-by-step instructions as they appear on the screen. When choosing an account type, choose 'Checking' and 'Account Balance'.
