Tutorial: How to Use Bill Pay

Axcess America® Bill Pay allows you to organize your bills in one convenient place and pay them quickly, easily and securely online or over the phone. To use Bill Pay with your Axcess America® Prepaid MasterCard® or Axcess America® Maestro® Card, you must first setup your payees and account numbers.

To Setup Payees Online:
Tip: You will need a copy of your bill to insure you have all the required information.
Step 1:
Go to www.axcessamerica.com and log in. Click on the Bill Pay icon (like the one above).
Step 2:
Click on the Bill Pay Setup button and then select the “Add a New Payee” link.
Step 3:
Follow the instructions on the page to either search a payee by name or by category. Once you have found your payee, click on the name.
Step 4:
Enter your payee account number, payee’s zip code and create an alias (or nickname) for the payee. Click on “Submit” to complete set up.

To Pay a Bill Online:
Step 1:
Go to www.axcessamerica.com and log in. Click on the Bill Pay icon (like the one above).
Tip: You may want to do a balance inquiry prior to paying a bill to confirm your balance.
Step 2:
On the Pay Bills page, check the box next to the payee you would like to make a payment to and enter the amount to pay. Click the “Review & Pay” button when complete.
Tip: You can pay multiple payees at once by checking the box next to each one you want to pay.
Step 3:
Review the payee(s) you have selected to pay and the amount. Click the “Authorize” button to complete payment.
Step 4:
A blue bar will appear with your confirmation information. To print a hard copy of this confirmation, go to the Payment History button and click on the Reference Number link. A printable copy of the payment confirmation will appear.

To Pay a Bill with Your Phone:
Step 1:
Call the Card Services number (located on the back of your card) and log in.
Tip: You may want to do a balance inquiry prior to paying a bill to confirm your balance.
Step 2:
Follow the instructions given by the system and state who you would like to pay and how much when prompted.
Tip: You can state either the full name of the payee or the alias you have created during set-up.
Step 3:
Confirm payee and amount when prompted to complete bill payment transaction.
