Tutorial: How to Get Cash Back

This is just like the PIN-debit pad tutorial, with just one more step. Getting cash this way is even better and more convenient than using your Axcess America® Prepaid MasterCard® at an ATM, because there is no surcharge and no extra stop to make.

It can all be done at checkout!
Get Cash Back
To Get Cash Back at Point-of-sale:
Step 1:
Swipe your card.
Step 2:
Select 'Debit'.
Step 3:
Type in your 4-digit PIN number and press 'Enter'.
Step 4:
When it asks you if you want cash back, select 'Yes', then choose the amount you would like to withdraw from your account. There will either be selections to choose from, or in some cases, you may be able to enter in the exact amount you want.
Note:
Not all stores offer the option to get cash back.
Step 5 :
If you make a mistake, just press 'Cancel' and start over.
*You can do this with either the Axcess America Maestro® or the Prepaid MasterCard®.
